Anotace:

Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje klasické a moderní teorie správy a řízení společnosti a identifikuje povahu vztahu mezi generálním ředitelem a představenstvem, jakož i kritéria pro produktivní práci generálního ředitele a jeho interakci s dalšími řídícími orgány organizace, na příkladu Tesly. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat potřebu optimalizovat strukturu správy a řízení společnosti pro racionální a produktivní organizaci činností generálního ředitele, jakož i rozsah jeho odpovědnosti a oblasti odpovědnosti.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis analyzes classical and modern theories of corporate governance and identifies the nature of the relationship between the CEO and the Board of Directors, as well as the criteria for the productive work of the CEO and his interaction with other governing bodies of the organization, using the example of Tesla. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the need to optimize the corporate governance structure for the rational and productive organization of the CEO's activities, as well as the scope of his responsibility and areas of accountability.
