Diplomová práce se zabývá profesní identitou a kariérním vývojem manažerů, klíčovými faktory v řízení organizací. Prozkoumává, jak se formuje manažerská identita, ovlivňuje rozhodování a styl vedení, a reaguje na nové výzvy a technologický rozvoj.
