Problems of Maternal Injury during Vaginal Delivery with a View to Their Prevention

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá porodním poraněním matky, možnostmi jejich prevence a následnou podpůrnou léčbou porodního poranění. V teoretické části je pro celkové pochopení dané problematiky stručně popsána anatomie pánve a porodní mechanismus spontánního porodu. Dále jsou zde podrobně popsány porodní poranění a jejich problematika. Následně jsou v bakalářské práci zmiňovány možnosti prevence porodního poranění, které jsou rozděleny na prevenci antepartální, kdy ženy mají možnost se na porod připravovat v domácím prostředí, dále na prevenci intrapartální, kterou poskytuje porodní asistentka či porodník a v neposlední řadě je zde popsána prevence postpartální, kterou ženy mohou využít v období šestinedělí. V praktické části jsou uvedeny výsledky dotazníkové šetření a jejich zhodnocení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the mother's birth injuries, the possibilities of their prevention and the subsequent supportive treatment of the birth injuries. In the theoretical part, the anatomy of the pelvis and the birth mechanism of the spontaneous delivery is briefly described. for the global understanding of the subject,. In addition, there is a detailed description of the birth injuries and their problems. Subsequently, the bachelor thesis mentions the possibilities of prevention of birth injuries, which are divided into antepartal prevention, where women have the opportunity to prepare for childbirth in the home environment, the intrapartal prevention provided by a midwife or obstetrician and, last but not least, postpartum prevention is described here that women can use during the puerperium. The practical part presents the results of the questionnaire survey and their evaluation.
