City district - the status, powers and authorities
Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na městské obvody a jejich úlohu v rámci veřejné správy. V práci se objevuje vymezení základních pojmů. Dále pak právní postavení městských obvodů, zde vychází z platné právní úpravy.Práce se také věnuje samostatné a přenesené působnosti a orgánům městských částí. V poslední části se rozebírá problematika statutů územně členěných statutárních měst.
Abstract:
This work focuses on urban districts and their role within the public administration. The work appears definition of basic concepts. Furthermore, the legal status of municipal districts, are based on current legislation. The work also deals with independent and delegated authorities and urban areas. The last part discusses the issue of statutes territorially divided municipalities.
