Cílem této diplomové práce je zkoumat vztah mezi optimalizací pracovního kapitálu a hodnotou podniku. Teoretická část diplomové práce se skládá z rešerše studií zabývajících se vztahem mezi pracovním kapitálem a hodnotou podniku.
