Decision Making in Regional Policy Under Uncertainty

Abstract:

This research delves into decision making in regional policy under uncertainty, but it was however limited to the Accra regional coordinating council employees only. The target populations for this study are workers at regional coordinating council. The regional coordinating council is policy making bodies established in all ten regions in Ghana. These have people occupying various positions in the office, from the regional minister to security guards. However, in the context of this study, the focus will be on the Accra regional coordinating council workers, and a sample of 100 workers would be used for this study. The questionnaire will be administered by the researcher. The researcher will be at the various workplaces offices of the Accra coordinating council to administer the questionnaire personally. The researcher will explain the purpose of the study to the employees. They will be made to understand that all information being provided would be treated with confidentiality and used for the purpose of research only. This will help to obtain desired responses.

Abstract:

Tento výzkum se zabývá nejistotou v rozhodování o regionální politice, ale byl omezen pouze na zaměstnance regionální koordinační rady v Akkře. Cílovou populací této studie jsou pracovníci regionální rady pro koordinaci. Regionální koordinační rada je orgánem pro tvorbu politik, který byl zřízen ve všech deseti regionech v Ghaně. Jsou to lidé, kteří zastávají různé funkce v kanceláři, od místního ministra až po ostrahu. V souvislosti s touto studií se však zaměří na pracovníky regionální koordinační rady v Akkře a pro tuto studii bude použit vzorek 100 pracovníků. Dotazník bude spravován výzkumným pracovníkem. Výzkumný pracovník bude na různých pracovištích koordinační rady Accra spravovat dotazník osobně. Zaměstnanci vysvětlí účel studie. Budou připraveni pochopit, že s veškerými poskytnutými informacemi bude zacházeno důvěrně a budou použity pouze pro účely výzkumu. To pomůže dosáhnout požadovaných odpovědí.
