Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části blíže popisuji management, jeho historii a hierarchii. Dále uvádím osobnost manažera a jeho manažerskou práci. Zaměřuji se na manažerské funkce, kde vyzdvihuji manažerskou funkci - vedení pracovníků, přibližuji další dovednosti manažera. My thesis is divided into two parts, theoritical and practical. In the theoritical part I describe management techniques, provide a histotical background and discuss a range of hierarchies. Furthermore, I present the personality of a manager and their work. I focus on the managerial functions where I single out the style of leadership. As well as this I debate other skills of a manager.
