Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na imunosupresiva a jejich vliv na biochemické děje v organismu. V úvodu práce je stručně sepsán historický vývoj jednotlivých imunosupresiv. Následně jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, mezi které patří imunitní systém, imunosuprese a imunosupresiva. This bachelor thesis focuses on immunosuppressants and their influence on biochemical processes in organism. In the introduction of the work the historical development of individual immunosuppressants is briefly written.
