Imunitní systém je celek několika reakcí, které reagují na různé vnější a vnitřní podně-ty. Jedním z vnějších podnětů vedoucí ke spuštění imunitních reakcí může být např. zásah lidského faktoru do chovu hospodářských zvířat, podáváním probiotických doplňků stravy.
