The impact of employee events on employee relations in the company

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo popsat, jaký vliv mají zaměstnanecké akce na vzájemné vztahy zaměstnanců ve vybrané firmě. Bakalářská práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se jako první zabývá definicí firmy, na kterou navazuje problematika řízení lidských zdrojů. Tato část dále pojednává o oblasti péče o zaměstnance v rámci několika podkapitol, přičemž jedna z nich zkoumá vliv zaměstnaneckých akcí na vztahy. Poslední kapitola se zabývá nejprve stresem v obecné rovině a následně je téma rozvinuto na specifickou oblast pracovního prostředí. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na vnímání zaměstnaneckého benefitu – akcí pro zaměstnance – jako faktoru při prohlubování vztahu mezi zaměstnanci a firmou. Ve vybrané firmě bylo zkoumáno, zda akce napomáhají utváření vztahů mezi kancelářskými pracovníky a pracovníky z výrobního sektoru. Dále bylo popsáno, zda jsou zaměstnanecké akce nástrojem, který dokáže ovlivnit spolupráci na pracovišti. Výzkum byl proveden prostřednictvím kvantitativní výzkumné metody, kde výzkumným nástrojem byl dotazník. Výsledky práce mohou sloužit jako argument z hlediska pozitivního přínosu akcí ve firmě.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to describe the impact of employee events on employee relations in a selected company. The bachelor thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part first deals with the definition of the firm, which is followed by the issue of human resource management. This part then discusses the area of employee care within several sub-sections, one of which examines the impact of employee actions on relationships. The final chapter first looks at stress in general terms and then the topic is developed to the specific area of the work environment. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the perception of employee benefits – employee events – as a factor in deepening the relationship between employees and the firm. In a selected company, it was investigated whether events help to form relationships between office workers and workers from the manufacturing sector. Furthermore, it was described whether employee events are a tool that can influence cooperation in the workplace. The research was conducted through a quantitative research method where the research instrument was a questionnaire. The results of the thesis can serve as an argument in terms of the positive benefits of events in the company.
