Internal accounting directives and their importance for an accounting unit

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o zvolených vnitřních účetních směrnicích strojírenské společnosti BAUMRUK & BAUMRUK s.r.o. Zaměřuje se na jejich analýzu, následné zhodnocení a případný návrh řešení nebo jsou uvedeny poznatky pro jejich aktualizování. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části se zabývá teoretickými východisky dané problematiky. Nejdříve je zmíněna tvorba a náležitosti účetních směrnic, dále jsou uvedeny legislativní předpisy České republiky upravující účetnictví podnikatelů a následně je posouzen význam směrnic pro účetní jednotku. Ve druhé části bakalářské práce je krátce představena zvolená účetní jednotka a následně je provedena analýza a zhodnocení stávajících vybraných směrnic dané společnosti. Poté je vytvořen návrh nové směrnice nebo jsou uvedeny informace pro aktualizování směrnic implementovaných.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with selected internal accounting directives of the engineering company BAUMRUK & BAUMRUK Ltd. It focuses on their analysis, subsequent evaluation, and potential proposal of solutions or specific recommendations for their update. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the theoretical background of the given issue. It first mentions the creation and requirements of accounting guidelines, followed by legislative standards of the Czech Republic governing the accounting of entrepreneurs, and finally assesses the significance of the guidelines for the accounting unit. In the second part of the thesis, the selected accounting unit is briefly introduced, followed by an analysis and evaluation of the company's existing selected directives. Lastly, a draft of a new directive or information for updating the implemented directives is presented.
