Implementation of occupation safety, health and fire protection system in the selected company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá popisem implementace systému bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci a požární ochrany ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení důležitých pojmů, právních norem a dalších nástrojů, které se vztahují k této problematice. Popsány jsou také různé druhy analýzy rizik. Praktická část popisuje vybranou společnost, v níž je implementace prováděna, zjištění a vyhodnocení různých rizik, které působí na společnost, a následně jsou tato rizika eliminována na nejnižší možnou míru. Tato práce je určena vedení společnosti pro snadné zavedení systému bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci a požární ochrany. Výstupem je dokument, který slouží jako návod pro zaškolení zaměstnanců do této problematiky, a díky tomu mohou všechny zúčastněné osoby pracovat tak, aby si uvědomovali rizika již v jejich zárodku.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis describes an implementation of occupation safety, health and fire protection system in the selected company. The theoretical part is focused on explaining important concepts, legal norms and other tools that relate to this issue. Different types of risk analysis are also described. The practical part describes the selected company in which the implementation is performed. There are also identification and evaluation of various risks that affect the company, and subsequently these risks are eliminated to the lowest possible level. This thesis is intended for the company's management for easy implementation of the system of occupation safety, health and fire protection. The output is a document that serves as a guide for training employees in this issue, and thanks to this, all involved can work so that they are aware of the risks in their infancy.
