Recruitment and Choosing of New Employees in Targeted Firm
Abstract:
Cílem této práce byla změna ve výběru a příjmu nových obchodních zástupců – finančních poradců ve vybrané firmě a jejich adaptační proces s výsledkem nízké fluktuace. Formou hypotéz byl v bakalářské práci ověřován nábor, systém výběru a adaptační proces a s tím spojená fluktuace.
Abstract:
The purpose of this work was to develop recommendation to change the system of selection of new sales representatives - financial advisers in selected company and their adaptive process resulting in low fluctuations. In form of hypothesis, the recruitment, the selection process and the causes of fluctuations were examined.
