Participants of the Bills of Exchange

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce „Účastníci směnky cizí“ je seznámení se s účastníky směnky cizí, s jejich postavením, právní úpravou a pozicí ve směnečných vztazích. Dále budou představeny jednotlivé vztahy mezi účastníky a jejich význam při použití směnky cizí v běžné české praxi. U směnečného postihu je pak vymezeno jednotlivé postavení dlužníků. Pozornost je věnována také situaci, kdy je směnečný dlužník spotřebitelem, a právní úpravě k použití směnky spotřebitelem.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis "The Bill of Exchange Participants" is to introduce the participants of the bill of exchange, their status, legislation and position in the bills of exchange relations. Thesis is also going to explain different relationships between participants and their role in the use of bills of exchange in common Czech practice. I will also define the individual position of the drawees according to bill of exchange recourse. Attention is also paid to a consumer in the position of a drawee and to the legislation of use of bills of exchange by a consumer himself.
