Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na nízkou nezaměstnanost v ČR a její dopady na řízení a strategii podniku. V teoretické části jsou popsány strategie firem při nízké nezaměstnanosti v České republice. Těmito strategiemi mohou být různé benefity nebo zvýšení platu. This bachelor’s thesis focuses first of all on the low enemployment rate in the Czech Republic and secondly on the impact effect of the low unemployment rate on leading and strategic management of a company.
