Cílem práce je představení vzniku mnohovýznamového pojetí Velkého bratra v kontextu kultury PRL, a současně v aktuálním kulturním kontextu především v sociálních médiích. The aim of the thesis is to introduce the concept of the Big Brother in the context of the PRL culture and at the same time in the current cultural context, especially in the social media.
