Effectiveness of the selection instruments in a specific company
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce "Efektivita nástrojů výběrového řízení ve vybraném podniku" analyzuje průběh získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti Farmet a.s. a hodnotí efektivitu nástrojů používaných podnikem při výběrovém řízení. Součástí práce je návrh opatření zvyšující úspěšnost náborových aktivit ve firmě a upozornění na skutečnosti ovlivňující efektivnost výběrového procesu.

The bachelor thesis "The Effectiveness of Selection Process Tools in a Selected Business" analyzes the progress of the recruitment and selection of employees at Farmet a.s. and evaluates the effectiveness of the tools used by the firm in the selection process.
