Uvedená diplomová práce se zabývá dělbou moci v České republice a jejími specifiky.První kapitola práce se věnuje teorii dělby moci, jejímu historickému kontextu a rozdělení. Druhá kapitola vymezuje specifika dělby moci v ČR. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé složky, tedy moc zákonodárná, výkonná a soudní v parlamentním systému ČR.
