Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na pacientky, které jsou zařazeny do klinického hodnocení nového léčivého přípravku na léčbu osteoporózy. Teoretická část se zabývá základním popisem onemocnění a dále problematikou klinického hodnocení. Výzkumná část pak monitoruje konkrétní pacientky, účastnící se klinického hodnocení nového léčiva. This bachelor thesis is focused on the patient, which are included in the climical trial of a new medicinal product for the treatment of osteoporosis. The theoretical part deals with the basic description of the disease and the issue of the trial.
