Abstract:
Tématem mé bakalářské práce je postavení dotčeného orgánu v územním řízení. V úvodní části práce se zaměřím na charakteristiku a činnost dotčeného orgánu, která spočívá v ochraně jednotlivých veřejných zájmů podle zvláštních zákonů. Dotčené orgány vydávají závazná stanoviska, která slouží jako závazný odborný podklad pro konečné rozhodnutí správního orgánu. Dotčené orgány vydávají také stanoviska. …more

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the position of the prejudiced authority in planning. In the intruduction I focus on characterization and activity of the autority concerned, which constists of protecting every public interest according to special law.
