Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku na problematiku nástrojů personálního controllingu a jejich využití v řízení lidského potenciálu v podniku. V úvodní části je definován pojem personální management, který je důležitou součástí managementu celého podniku. Dále je definován pojem controlling, jeho funkce a cíle, controller, personální controlling a jeho nástroje. Práce se zabývá také reportingem, který je součástí controllingu. Praktická část práce je věnována výzkumu na téma ,,Nástroje personálního controllingu a jejich využití v řízení lidského potenciálu v podniku Fatra, a.s.?.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the issues of personnel controlling instruments and their use in the management of human resources in the company. In the first part the notion of HR management, which is an important part of the management of the enterprise.
