As the topic of my thesis I chose the bank card branchs. My aim was to demonstrate the varied opportunities, advantages, disadvantages of using bank cards as well as the problems that can occur while using them and the steps that can be taken to avoid these problems. Ako tému mojej diplomovej práce som si stanovila analýzu obchodného odvetvia bankových kariet. Mojim cieľom je cez prax OTP Banky prezentovať možnosti mnohorakého využitia bankových kariet, ich výhody, nevýhody, počas použitia sa vynárajúce problémy a kroky zamierené na ich elimináciu.
