The Project to Rationalize the Material Flow in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku materiálového toku ve vybrané společnosti. Komplexním náhledem na layout budovy a popsáním materiálového toku dochází k seznámení s výrobním provozem. Tyto poznatky jsou využity při zkoumání konkrétního výrobního procesu u vybraného výrobku, který byl zvolen na základě pozorování a pro zjištění materiálových toků a množství manipulací je využito přímého pozorování manipulantů. Na základě provedené analýzy je navržen projekt na racionalizaci materiálového toku vstřikovny plastů. V závěru se práce věnuje problematice zavádění standardizace a standardů čištění na montážích.

Abstract:

The thesis provides a comprehensive overview of the issue of material flow in the selected company. A comprehensive preview of the layout of the building and a description of the material flow introduces to the production working service. These knowledge are used to investigate the particular production process of the selected product, which has been chosen on the basis of observation, and direct handling of manipulators is used to identify material flows and handling quantities. Based on the analysis, a project is being designed to rationalization the material flow of the plastic injection molding plant. In conclusion, readers are familiarized with problems of introduction of standardization and cleaning standards on constructions.
