Abstract:
Záměrem bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda a v jaké míře se projevily restrikce spojené s pandemii Covid - 19 na pohybové aktivitě pohybově aktivních seniorů. Výzkum byl proveden na vzorku 39 osob v seniorského věku (60+). Všechny osoby jsou členy spolku aktivních seniorů v Krnově pod názvem "Šlapáci". Abstract:
The purpose of the bachelor's thesis was to find out whether the Covid - 19 pandemic restrictions affect the physically active seniors and to what degree.The research was conducted on thirty nine seniors group (aged 60+).
