Implementation of project methodology using PRINCE2 in IT organization environment
Abstract:
Práce srovnává dostupné projektové standardy a metodiky a následně vyhodnocuje vhodnost využití metodik pro řízení projektů v konkrétním firemním prostředí se zaměřením na využití PRINCE2. V poslední části práce jsou navrženy změny s cílem úpravy stávající metodiky na metodiku kompatibilní s PRICE2.
Abstract:
Aim of this work is comparison of project managemnet standards and methodologies. These methodologies are compared on specific project in real business environment. Final part of this thesis describes necessary changes that has to be done in order to improve current methodology to PRINCE2 methodology.
