Abstract:
Tématem této práce je využití databáze Oracle jako prostředku pro zpracování dat v XML formátu. V teoretické části je představena tzv. Oracle XML DB a dále jsou podrobně rozpracovány možnosti dostupných variant uložení XML v relační databázi Oracle. Jako reálná implementace XML byl použit jazyk XBRL, který představuje mezinárodní standard pro elektronickou výměnu obchodních a finančních informací. …more

This dissertation deals with an Oracle database as a means for data processingin XML format. The theoretical part presents the Oracle XML DB andfurther elaborates on the options for storing XML in a relationaldatabase Oracle.
