Abstract:
Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na controlling jako nástroj podnikového řízení. Na vymezení controllingu jako obecného pojmu navazuje teoretický rozbor controllingu pracovního kapitálu se zaměřením na controlling pohledávek. Presented diploma thesis is focused on controlling as an instrument of business management. The definition of the general concept of controlling is followed by theoretical analysis of controlling of working capital with a focus on controlling of outstandings.
