Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem veřejné správy, především územní samosprávy a rozpočtů územní samosprávy. Dále strukturální politikou Evropské unie, popisem strukturálních fondů EU, projektovým cyklem a využíváním strukturálních fondů Evropské unie v České republice. Také popisuje zkušenosti s čerpáním finančních prostředků ze strukturálních fondů EU v minulosti. V bakalářské práci je popsán projekt ROP NUTS II Severovýchod ? Modernizace a rozšíření sportovního areálu v Rabštejnské Lhotě. V závěru je proveden řízený rozhovor se starostou obce, zhodnocení konkrétního projektu a jsou navržena doporučení.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis describes the public administration, especially local government and local government budgets. Furthermore, the structural policy of the European Union, describing the EU structural funds, the project cycle and the use of EU Structural Funds in the Czech Republic. It also describes the experience with drawing money from EU structural funds in the past. The work describes the project NUTS II Northeast - Modernization and expansion of the sports complex in Rabštejnská Lhota. At the end of the procedure is to interview the mayor, the appreciation of a specific project and the proposed recommendations.
