Diplomová práce se zabývá nepojistnou sociální dávkou, kterou je příspěvek na péči. Cílem této práce je zhodnocení dosavadní právní úpravy této dávky, a to v komparaci s obdobnými dávkami v zahraničí, a posouzení možnosti případného využití některých řešení, nebo alespoň části řešení, v tuzemsku. The thesis is focused on non-insurance social benefit, care allowance in particular. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate current legislation of the benefit in comparison with similar benefits abroad and to assess possible use of some of the solutions or at least part of the solution in our country.
