Abstract:

Tématem mé diplomové práce je postavení a pravomoci panovníka podle Svodu platných zákonů. V první kapitole se zaměřuji na historický vývoj Ruska a dalších evropských států od průmyslové revoluce v Anglii do rozpadu Svaté Aliance. Ve druhé kapitole se zabývám právním vývojem Ruska před počátkem 19 století až do poloviny 19. století. Třetí kapitola podrobně popisuje Svod platných zákonů a Fundamentální zákony sloužící k posílení postavení a pravomocí cara. Ve čtvrté kapitole srovnávám Svod platných zákonů s Pillersdorfovou ústavou.

Abstract:

The topic of my diploma thesis is the status and powers of the sovereign according to the Digest of Laws of the Russian Empire. In the first chapter, I focus on the historical development of Russia and other European countries in the period from the Industrial Revolution in England to the collapse of the Holy Alliance. In the second chapter, I deal with the legal development of Russia before the beginning of the 19th century until the middle of the 19th century. The third chapter details the Digest of Laws and the Fundamental Laws serving to strengthen the status and powers of the Tsar. In the fourth chapter, I compare the Digest of Laws with the Pillersdorf Constitution.
