Influence of Compression Therapy and Veno Active Drugs to Venous Pain

Abstract:

Úvod: Terapie venoaktivními látkami a kompresní terapie jsou základem konzervativní léčby chronického žilního onemocnění. Jejich indikace je v rámci všech stádií CVD (chronic venous disorder). Cíl: Cílem této práce je zjistit a porovnat účinek kompresní terapie a venoaktivních látek při léčbě chronických žilních onemocnění. Materiál a metodika: jednotlivá data byla získána na základě předem definovaného proto-kolu. Sběr dat probíhal v období prosinec 2012 ? duben 2013 ve specializovaných angiolo-gických a chirurgických ambulancích. Jednotlivá data pak byla zpracována za použití softwaru Microsoft Excel. Výsledky:Ve skupině A byl zaznamenán pokles vnímané žilní bolesti u 72 pacientů, jedná se o pacienty, u kterých byl zaznamenán pokles na analogové vizuální škále alespoň o jeden centimetr. Při těchto kritériích je efektivita daného terapeutického postupu 90%.V případě, kdy pacienti užívali MPFF D-H (mikronizovaná purifikovaná forma Diosmin-Hesperidinu) v preparátu registrovaném SUKL (státním ústavem pro kontrolu léčiv), pozorujeme efekt na žilní bolest u 61 pacientů z celkového počtu 65. V této situaci je efektivita 93,8%.V případě používaných preparátů s D-H, které jsou brány ve formě potravinových doplňků, byl zaznamenán efekt na žilní bolesti u 8 z celkem 12 probandů, zde je pak efektivita terapie 66,6%. Calcium dobesilas užívali pouze tři pacienti, u všech byl zaznamenán pokles žilní bolesti. Dále ve skupině A došlo k redukci obvodu kotníku celkem u 17 vyšetřovaných, efektivita venofarmaka na vliv otoku se ukázala pouze u 40%. Ve skupině B byl zaznamenán pokles žilní bolesti u všech klientů, kteří po dobu jednoho měsíce aplikovali kompresní punčochy. Dále ve skupině B došlo k redukci obvodu kotníku u 34 vyšetřovaných, efektivita daného terapeutického postupu je 90%. Celkem u 6 pacientů ze skupiny B nebyl naměřen redukovaný obvod kotníku. Z toho 3 byli v klinickém stádiu s bércovou ulcerací, nebo ve stádiu stavu zhojené ulcerace.

Abstract:

Introduction: Therapy venoactive substances and compression therapy area conservative treatments of chronic venous diseases. Their indication is within all stages of CVD (chronic venous disorders). Aim: The aim of this work is to investigate and compare the effect of compression therapy and venoaktivních agents in the treatment of chronic venous disease. Material and methods: Individual data were obtained on the basis of pre-defined Protocol. The data were collected in the period December 2012 - April 2013 in specialized Angiolo-cal and surgical clinics. Individual data were then processed using the software Microsoft Excel. Results: In group A there was a decrease perceived pain vein in 72 patients, it is the pa-tients who was a decrease in the visual analog scale of at least one centimeter. When these criteria, the effectiveness of the therapeutic approach 90%. In the case when patients were MPFF DH (purified form of micronized Diosmin-hesperidin) in preparation registered SUKL (State Institute for Drug Control), we observe the effect on venous pain in 61 pa-tients out of 65 In this situation, the efficiency of 93.8%. When used with a DH prepara-tions that are taken in the form of dietary supplements, was observed effect on the venous pain in 8 of the 12 probands, there is then the effectiveness of the therapy of 66.6%. Furthermore, in group A had a mean reduction circuit ankle total of 17 investigation-certain fluorinated, efficiency venofarmaka the swelling effect is shown only at 40%. In group B there was a decrease venous pain at all clients for one month applied compres-sion stockings. Furthermore, in group B was reduced ankle circumference in 34 investiga-tion, the effectiveness of the therapeutic procedure is 90%. A total of 6 patients from group B were measured at reduced ankle circumference. Of which 3 were in clinical stage with venous ulceration, or under state healed ulceration.
