Attractiveness of the cleaning sector in the Czech Republic

Handlířová, A. Atraktivita odvětví úklidu v České republice. Diplomová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2018.Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou odvětví úklidu v České republice. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení atraktivity celého odvětví a následná formulace doporučení pro stávající podniky v odvětví úklidu a pro podniky se zájmem o vstup do tohoto odvětví. Ve vlastní práci byla použita analýza PESTE pro zhod-nocení makroprostředí a Porterův model pěti hybných sil pro zhodnocení mikro-prostředí, doplněný o objektivizaci. Z výsledků analýz byly identifikovány příleži-tosti a hrozby odvětví úklidu. Dále pro posouzení samotné atraktivity a pro for-mulaci návrhů doporučení bylo využito matic EFE, GE a SPACE. Doporučenými strategiemi jsou rozvoj trhu, vývoj služby a pronikání trhu.

Brno: Mendel University, 2018.This master’s thesis deals with an analysis of the cleaning sector in the Czech Re-public. The main aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the attractiveness of the whole sector and to develop recommendations for companies operating in the sector, as well as enterprises considering entering the cleaning sector. For analys-ing the macro-environment, the PESTE analysis was used and micro-environment was analysed by using the Porter’s five forces analysis with objectification. Oppor-tunities and threats of the cleaning sector were identified from results of the analysis. In order to evaluate the attractiveness of the branch and to make rec-ommendations, EFE, GE and SPACE matrix were applied. The sector’s recom-mended strategies are the market development, the product development and the market penetration.
