The practice of advocacy in the employment relationship
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá jedním z možných způsobů výkonu advokacie - výkonem advokacie v pracovním poměru. Pro účely řádné charakterizace tohoto institutu však tato práce pojednává také o souvisejících institutech a to sice o advokacii, výkonu advokacie a pracovním poměru. Poukazuje na možné kolize a nedostatky právní úpravy a odpovídá na související otázky.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with one of the possible forms of practicing advocacy - practicing advocacy in an employment relationship. For the purpose of proper characterisation of this institute, this thesis also deals with related institutes, which are the advocacy, the practice of advocacy and the employment relationship.
