Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou účinnosti omezování lidských práv a svobod v době nouzového stavu ČR vyvolaného pandemii koronaviru SARS-CoV2 způsobující onemocnění COVID-19. The thesis deals with the analysis of the effectiveness of the restriction of human rights and freedoms during the state of emergency in the Czech Republic caused by the SARS-CoV2 coronavirus pandemic causing the COVID-19 disease.
