Bakalářská práce bude zaměřena na shrnutí současných poznatků o horizontálním přenosu genů zprostředkovaném bakteriofágy. Pozornost bude věnována zejména významu bakteriofágů v evoluci patogenních bakteriálních druhů a při šíření genů zodpovědných za rezistenci k antimikrobiálním látkám a genům kódujícím faktory virulence. Abstract:
Bachelor thesis will be focused on overview of current knowledge about the horizontal gene transfer mediated by bacteriophages. Attention will be paid especially on the importance of bacteriophage in the evolution of pathogenic bacterial species and dissemination of genes responsible for antimicrobial resistance as well as genes coding for virulence factors.
