Bakalářská práce se věnuje transkriptomické analýze bakterie Bacillus cereus. Bakterie Bacillus cereus se řadí mezi patogenní mikroorganismy, které mohou způsobit alimentární onemocnění skrze kontaminaci různých druhů potravin. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is devoted to transcriptomic analysis of Bacillus cereus. Bacillus cereus is one of the pathogenic microorganisms that can cause alimentary diseases through contamination of different types of food.
