Teoretická část práce se soustředí na lidský kapitál a investice do něj. Porovnává náklady a výnosy plynoucí z investic do lidského kapitálu a zamýšlí se nad návratností těchto investic v průběhu lidského života. Práce se dále zabývá nástroji pro rozhodování o investování do lidského kapitálu a současným trendem celoživotního vzdělávání a rekvalifikacemi jako formou investice do lidského kapitálu. …more

The theoretical part of my baccalaureate work is focused on human capital and investments in it. It compares costs and returnes arising from investment into human capital and thinks of returning of these investments during human life.
