Tématem této diplomové práce je implementace metod 5S a TPM na vybrané pracoviště ve společnosti SCHOTT Flat Glass CR, s.r.o. The topic of this diploma thesis is the implementation of 5S and TPM methods on the company SCHOTT Flat Glass CR, s.r.o. The theoretical part summarizes the findings of both introduced methods of industrial engineering.
