Diagnosis of the teaching process in vocational training and vocational subjects

Abstract:

Analýza odborného výcviku a odborných předmětů zabývající se rozvojem studentů v oblasti daného oboru zahrnuje ve své náplni nejen stránku didaktických zásad a principů, ale řeší také jiné velmi důležité požadavky umožňující co nejefektivnější budoucí zapojení studentů v daných specializačních oborech. Práce posuzuje obsah vzdělání v odborném předmětu z hlediska rozsahu a struktury učiva. Důležitou složkou oborové didaktiky jsou vyučovací metody a jejich využití při vzdělávání studentů, dále také vzdělávací cíle, kvalifikace učitele, jeho příprava na vyučování, hodnocení a vztah učitele a studenta. Specifickým aspektem odborných předmětů je také tvořivost a samotná motivace k tvořivosti. Tato práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení vyučovacího procesu jako takového a jeho srovnání s praktickou složkou výuky, vymezuje požadavky na materiální, technické a informativní zprostředkování výuky a řeší komplexní problém modernizace výuky odborných předmětů.

Abstract:

The analysis of vocational training and vocational subjects concerming the development of students in the field includes not only the didactic principles, but it also addresses other important standards that will enable the most effective future engagement of students in these specialized fields. This work assesses the educational content of vocational subject in terms of scope and structure of the curriculum. Important components of subject didactics are teaching methods, their use in teaching students, as well as educational objectives, teacher’s qualification, his or her preparation for the lesson, teacher’s assessment and relationship with the students. Specific aspects of vocational subjects are creativity and motivation to create. This work concerns the evaluation of the teaching process as such, compares it to the practical training and sets the requirements for material and technical equipment and the informative scope to provide the students with. The paper focuses on the problem of modernization of teaching vocational subjects in its complexity.
