Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou recidivy a její pojetí trestněprávní, penologické a kriminologické. V části trestněprávní se zabývá posouzením osob recidivujících pachatelů, výše ukládaných trestů a jejich odsouzení. The main aim of this thesis is to study the issue of Recidivism and its Aspects in criminal law, criminology and penology. In the first part it describes the assesment of the personalities of the repeated Offenders, the severity of the sentence and their conviction.
