Transformace podnikových procesů na spustitelné procesy

Abstract:

Diplomová práce popisuje transformaci podnikového procesu z modelu obchodního systému, který představuje byznys popis procesu, do implementace procesu do vybraného systému pracovních toků. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat a definovat kroky potřebné k transformaci podnikového procesu popsaného modelem obchodního systému do spustitelného procesu. Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V první části jsou poskytnuty teoretické základy podnikových procesů, modelování podnikových procesů, systémů pracovních toků, metodiky MMABP a životního cyklu vývoje softwaru. Druhá, praktická část diplomové práce popisuje navrhovaný postup transformace podnikového procesu z modelu obchodního systému do modelu technologického procesu a postup při implementaci podnikového procesu v TeamAssistant. Tato příručka je ověřena v praktické části na příkladu podnikového procesu založení bankovního účtu na dálku. Části praktické části představují vedlejší cíle definované na splnění hlavního cíle.

Abstract:

The master thesis describes the transformation of the business process from the business system model, which represents the business description of the process, to the implementation of the process into the selected workflow system. The main goal of the master thesis is to analyze and define steps needed to transform the business process described by the business system model into the executable process. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. In the first part, theoretical background for business processes, business process modeling, workflow systems, MMABP methodology, and software development life cycle is provided. The second, practical part of the thesis describes the proposed procedure for the transformation of the business process from a business system model to a technological process model and how to proceed in the implementation of the business process in TeamAssistant. This guide is verified in the practical part using the example of the business process of creating a bank account remotely. The sections of the practical part represent the objectives defined to fulfill the main goal.
