Tato diplomová práce se zabývá detailní analýzou právní úpravy odvodu z loterií a jiných podobných her, tak jak je upravena v zákoně o loteriích a jiných podobných hrách. V této práci je kriticky nahlíženo jak na současnou platnou právní úpravu odvodu z loterií a jiných podobných her, tak i na systém zdanění a poplatků, který této úpravě předcházel. This thesis deals with the detailed analysis of the levy on lotteries and other similar games, as amended by the Lottery Act. This work critically examines the currently applicable legislation levy on lotteries and other similar games, and also the foregoing system of taxation and other levies.
