Deposit in the Land Registry
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou vkladu do katastru nemovitostí. V práci jsou nejprve vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se katastru nemovitostí. Dále je popsáno samotné správní řízení od zahájení až po ukončení. V práci jsou uvedeny i konkrétní příklady z praxe.
Abstract:
This work deals with the problems of the deposit in the Land Registry. In this work are first explained the basic concepts relating to the land registry. It is described on its own administrative proceedings from start to end. In this work are given as specific examples from practice.
