Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a návrhy na zlepšení plánování a organizování ve FK Baník Sokolov 1948, s. r. o. Práce zkoumá současnou situaci klubu a jeho interní a externí prostředí prostřednictvím metody SWOT analýzy. Pro řešení problému byly použity rozhovory s členy klubu a analýza dokumentů. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis and proposals for improvement of planning and organizing in FK Baník Sokolov 1948, s. r. o. The work examines the current situation of the club and its internal and external environment through the SWOT analysis method.
