Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nakupovaných zásob materiálů a činnostmi útvaru nákupu ve vybraném podniku. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů spojených s řízením zásob a činnostmi oddělení nákupu.
