Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce "Krizový štáb kraje" je identifikace problémů, které jsou spojeny s činností krizových štábů při řešení mimořádných událostí a navrhnout na ně možná opatření. Teoretická část popisuje problematiku krizového řízení, bezpečnostní systém ČR, krizové štáby zabývající se přípravou na krizové situace a jejich řešení. Praktická část charakterizuje krizové štáby Zlínského a Jihomoravského kraje a zobrazuje výsledky rozhovorů s odpovědnými osobami příslušných krajů. Závěrečná část práce popisuje dotazníkového šetření mezi krizovými štáby krajů v celé České republice. Jsou navržena možná opatření pro zlepšení činnosti krizových štábů krajů.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis "The Crisis Team of the Region" is to identify the problems connected with the operation of the crisis teams in solving extraordinary events and to propose possible measures to prevent them. The theoretical part describes the issues of crisis management, the security system in the Czech Republic, the crisis staff that focuses on preparing for a crisis and finding the best way to deal with it. The final part of the thesis- the practical part describes the questionnaire survey among the crisis headquarters of the Zlin and Southern Moravia region showing findings from the interviews that were done with the appropriate personnel of the respective regions. The last part focuses on the crisis teams throughout the entire Czech Republic and suggests possible measures for improvement of the activities of the crisis headquarters of the certain regions.
