Abstract:
Diplomová práce má za cíl analyzovat produkci potravin v okrese Brno-venkov a to jak v zemědělském, tak i v průmyslovém sektoru. Velký důraz je kladen na dodavatelsko-odběratelské vztahy jednotlivých zkoumaných subjektů přímo v regionu a nejbližším okolí. Cílem je zjištění vlivu podniků na region, popřípadě na nejbližší okolí. Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the food production in Brno-country region both in the agricultural sector and in the industrial sector too. A great emphasize is put on supply chain of the individual investigated subjects directly in the region and its surroundings.
