Motivational aspects of Gen Z to enter the workforce

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá motivačními aspekty generace Z pro vstup do zaměstnání. První část teoretické části je zaměřena na jednotlivé generace. Druhá část teoretické části je zaměřena na motivační teorie. Třetí část teoretické části se zabývá možnostmi náboru nových zaměstnanců. Čtvrtá část teoretické části je zaměřena na stimuly, jež mohou firmy poskytovat svým zaměstnancům. První část praktické části je zaměřena na popis, jaké benefity poskytují firmy v jednotlivých odvětvích a jak probíhá nábor zaměstnanců. Druhá část praktické části přináší popis, jaký druh motivace preferuje generace Z a jaký způsob náboru jí vyhovuje nejvíce. V návrhové části na základě zjištěných motivačních faktorů a preferovaného způsobu náboru generací Z je zhodnoceno, zda firmy mají své benefity a způsob náboru změnit, a navrženo, jak. Tato práce ještě obsahuje kapitoly Úvod, Cíl a Metodika diplomové práce, Diskuze, Shrnutí a Závěr. Cílem této diplomové práce je vedle zpracování teoretických východisek dotazníkovým šetřením zjistit motivační aspekty generace Z pro vstup do zaměstnání. Na základě zjištění navrhnout pro firmy postup k úpravě, ev. ponechání benefitů pro nové zaměstnance. Doporučit úpravy, ev. inovace pro proces náboru s cílem efektivně získávat pro práci čerstvé absolventy škol.

Abstract:

This work deals with the motivational aspects of Generation Z for entering the workforce. The first part of the theoretical part is focused on individual generations. The second part of the theoretical part is focused on motivational theories. The third part of the theoretical part is focused on the possibilities of recruiting new employees. The fourth part of the theoretical part is focused on the incentives that companies can provide to their employees. The first part of the practical part is focused on describing what benefits are provided by companies in individual branches and how recruitment takes place. The second part of the practical part is focused on describing what kind of motivation Generation Z prefers and what recruitment method suits them best. In the design part, based on the findings of motivational factors and the preferred method of recruitment for generation Z, it is proposed whether companies should change their benefits and method of recruitment and how. This work also contains chapters introduction, aim and methodology of the work, discussion, summary and conclusion. The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out the motivational aspects of Generation Z for entering the workforce, in addition to the elaboration of theoretical starting points, through a questionnaire survey. On the basis of the findings, propose a procedure for the company to adjust the ev. keeping benefits for new employees. Recommend modifications, possibly innovation for the recruitment process with the aim of effectively recruiting recent school graduates for work.
