Protection of Industrial Designs in the Light of Apple v Samsung Cases
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice ochrany práv z unijního průmyslového vzoru. Rozebírá spory Apple v Samsung před evropskými soudy. Nejdříve analyzuje soudní spory v Německu a poté anglické rozhodnutí. Konečným výstupem práce je podat ucelený obraz mechanismu ochrany unijního průmyslového vzoru před evropskými soudy ve světle případů Apple v Samsung.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the protection of rights of Community design. It discusses disputes of Apple v Samsung before European courts. First it analyzes legal disputes in Germany and later English judgments. The final output of the thesis is to provide the comprehensive picture of the mechanism for protection of the industrial design of the Union before the European courts in the light of cases of Apple …more
