Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Světlo a tma ve fyzickém divadle na příkladu práce choreografky Karine Ponties“ se zabývá scénickými způsoby práce se světlem a tmou ve fyzickém divadle jako tvůrčím materiálem. Zkoumá specifické aspekty scénického svícení v choreografické tvorbě Karine Ponties, která spolupracuje se světelným designérem Guillaumem Toussaintem Fromentinem. Zaměřuje se především na jejich společnou práci s kontrastem světla a tmy, na proměny tvaru lidského těla světlem a stínem – na jejich metamorfózy, a v neposlední řadě pak na spojitost jejich tvorby s výtvarným uměním.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis „The Light and the Darkness in Physical Theater on Example of the Work of Choreographer Karine Ponties” deals with the scenic work with light and darkness in the field of physical theater as a creative material. It researches specific aspects of lighting design in work of Karine Ponties, which cooperates with light designer Guillaume Toussaint Fromentin. Primarily, it focuses on their common work with contrast between the light and the dark, further, on transformation of shapes of human bodies with the light and the dark and on their metamorphosis, last but not least, on the connection of their work with fine arts.
